Shreya Ghoshal

When she was only 4 yrs old Shreya Ghoshal began accompanying her mother on the harmonium. She began her training in Hindustani classical music under Maheshchandra Sharma in Kota.

As a child, Shreya won the kids special episode of 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' contest on Zee TV.
Shreya took training under Kalyanji for one and a half year after moving to Mumbai and later continued her training under Mukta Bhide.
When Shreya participated in 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' as an adult in 2000 director, Sanjay Leela Bhansali noticed her abilities and gave her a break in Bollywood with 'Devdas'. Shreya did the playback for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
Today Shreya is one of the top singers in Bollywood and apart from Hindi she has also sung in many languages such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali and Marathi.
