Mike Tyson up for 'Bigg Boss 5'

Last season 'Bigg Boss' producers got hold of the sexy Pamela Anderson to grace the primetime TV show. It was a huge hit in terms of ratings and specially the oomph factor. This year they have taken a step ahead and have managed to get hold of the controversial boxing legend Mike Tyson. (AFP/)

The producers of Bigg Boss are in advanced talks with the former heavyweight champion's agents.

The 45-year-old heavyweight champion, who also made a special appearance in the Hollywood hit film Hangover, is likely to be in India in and around October, when the shoot for 'Bigg Boss 5' is slated to begin. (Reuters/Ramin Rahimian)

A source says, "Mike Tyson felt that why not avail the opportunity to be on a large canvas like Bigg Boss? The channel too is equally excited about having him on board. Tyson is an international celebrity, who will attract lot of male audience and kids to see the show. The channel is currently trying to work out the modalities."
